Bahubali : a movie or an epic?

Bahubali is flamboyant and spectacular not just a movie but a historical story that looks much like our Puranas Ramayana and Mahabharata. Winning laurels for indian cinema at world stage it has given new recognition to regional movies breaking the geographical barriers. Though a gap of 2 years between the first and the second part in no way people lost their interest and love for the movie and of course all those conjectures for why " Kattappa killed Bahubali?" never faded away. The VFX and graphics make it larger than life and is a visual treat for the audience.
Story of a kingdom Mahishmati and its godmother Shivgami who stood against her husband and all her rivals to protect her kingdom, yet not becoming the ruler herself. She nurtures her own child Bhallaldeva and her orphaned nephew Bahubali together giving them both equal rights, love, care, education and warrior skills hence, leaving on fate of Mahishmati to decide it's rightful king portrays her strong femininity. Shivgami observes and wants Bahubali to be crowned as the king as she notices him to have all the qualities and virtues of a great ruler. Whereas, on other hand thinks Bhallaldeva was too ambitious to sit on the throne. Her character symbolizes her selflessness and acumen in choosing the ruler of her kingdom. Though later she gets influenced by her son Bhallaldeva to kill Bahubali but once she realizes her mistake she does every possible to protect Bahubali's son Mahendra Bahubali and appoints him as new king of Mahishmati. Bhallaldeva wants to be crowned king at any cost and out throw Bahubali by manipulating his mother playing trick to marry Bahubali's would be wife Devsena and hence conspires to kill Bahubali by forcing Kattappa to kill him. Kattappa plays a pawn in the movie who raises Bahubali to be a great warrior. He loves him a lot and is called Mama by him.Though he loves Bahubali like his own child he unwillingly accepts the order of Bhallaldeva and kills him. Kattappa's character is one of the strongest in movie showing his loyalty towards Mahishmati that in any circumstance he will follow his king's orders and acts as a shield for him doing anything for his royalties. Devsena on other hand is a beautiful princess who is brave and ambitious having a strong persona. She doesn't let her self respect down in entire movie. The romance between her and Bahubali is pure and timeless. After the death of her husband Amrendra Bahubali she waits for her child Mahendra Bahubali to take revenge and free Mahishmati from evil. She stands tall against all odds in hope of her son.
Bahubali is a must watch movie an epic saga of love , sacrifice , war and revenge. It is surely going to be one of the best picks of Indian cinema.

National Vegetarian Week 15-21 May 2017

As we are celebrating this week as "National Vegetarian Week" (NVW) it's a great opportunity to discuss about importance of eating veggies. NVW celebrated by many countries is an annual awareness raising campaign promoting vegetarian food and meat free lifestyle.Vegetarianism have drawn people close to it recently. There are numerous research and demonstrations about benefits of eating plant products: grains, fruits, vegetables etc. Vegetarian diets are low on risk of heart diseases and cancer, having less complex carbohydrates, which also prevents oneself from weight gain, stroke and diabetes. it is always said "Eat veg to live long".
Animal products high on fats and cholesterol tend to clog your arteries slowing down your immune system. Whereas, plant products generate more valuable energy, they are naturally free from high fat compounds and help supply enough oxygen to your bloodstream making you feel lighter, energized and fit. But, ya that doesn't mean non- vegetarian diet is totally unhealthy, We know that Japanese have long life span and they are the most fittest ,that doesn't mean they don't eat meat? but they actually have lots of veggies in their diet. Even their non-veg meals are complimented by lots of vegetables.
There are enormous vegetarian foods that are beneficial for health. For example: Tofu / Paneer are the best source of protein, zinc, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium and vitamin D helping in absorb extra bone calcium. Pulses like Moong, Rajma, Chana, Masoor, Arhar, Beans etc. are rich sources of protein, fiber and good for your cardiovascular health. Green leafy vegetables like Spinach are high in dietary fiber and rich in folic acid, potassium, magnesium and beta carotene which are useful in reducing cancer and heart diseases. We are even lucky that nature bestows us with her seasonal fruits because they help you support body's natural nutritional requirements of that particular season.

I have not written here to motivate you to become a vegetarian. We have full right to choose our own food lifestyles whether it's eating veg or non-veg, But yes, going on for a vegetarian diet this week is not bad either. Be a vegan and try not to use or eat animal products this week.

Failed Relationship

These days the most common thing we listen is about failed relationships, divorce, annulments leading to depression and suicide. Breaking up with someone after having a long term relationship is emotionally taxing but that doesn't mean one should end his/her life. It is more ugly and painful for some who know their relationship is rotting and dying with no love and respect left between them, but they still continue carrying those load on their shoulders as they lack strength and find it emotionally triggering to end a long time relationship, which further leads to depression and emotional turmoil in their lives, they keep trying to get everything back and their relationship better like before but that never happens, because only things when broken can be fixed that too leaving scars on them ,but a relationship can never be fixed even if you try so, the most easy way is to "MOVE ON.." There is no reward life will give you to continue something which doesn't bring you happiness and contentment.
It do takes a lot of effort to come out and let go of an emotional love relationship but one should accept life as it is and put in great efforts to heal themselves, one should learn to cope up with it An end sometimes is not an end but can be a new beautiful beginning.
  • Allow your heart and mind to accept the reality that, that it's really over between you two...realize the reasons why you both ended it up? accept it and move on.
  • Don't let any guilt, bitterness and regret linger you, avoid all those negative thoughts in mind.
  • Know your worth, nothing in this world can be compromised with your self respect, and your inner happiness. You are your own beautiful self.
  • Talk with friends about it and let go on those teary emotions flow from your heart.
  • Meet new people, make new friends.
  • Remodel yourself, go for an outing, spend time with family, try to indulge yourself in activities and sports which always inspired you.
Don't be depressed and end up your life because even that can't bring you both together and rewind everything.Learn to live your life for your own self. If you failed in relationship it doesn't state that you can never love again or build a new one. Start your life afresh, just remember you only had a FAILED RELATIONSHIP but you definitely not have a failed life. So, "LET BYGONES BE BYGONES" and move on...life is one realize your worth and live it most beautifully as you can.

My hairfall story

Your hair is the best thing about your self..it boosts your beauty if you have those shredded hair strands you feel lack of confidence too..I suffered from speeding hairfall 5 years ago..that were the worst days of my life whenever I used to step out I used to get same comments everytime "oh my god what has happened to your hair? they lack volume, you almost have deceased hair lines.. and your scalp is much noticeable" it used to break me down and I used to feel hell out of it. In those condition I started following all those beauty regimes and every other best reviewed shampoos and conditioners to make my hair better but they used to fall more...

Then one day i decided to stop overthinking about it and say an end to those chemical products I have been using all these years..I searched on internet about various reasons of hairfall and trust me you have plenty of them, every other person has his/her own causes...heredity, anxiety , bad health habits, lack of proteins in food , over exposed to pollution, lack of sleep n much more..that day I realised instead of switching my hair product brands blindly because they all are same having chemicals..I should opt for the ones that are organic and herbal..and above all I changed my eating habits and started taking those essential nutrients that were good for my hair naturally...have been doing this from last 1 year and have seen a remarkable difference in my hair growth.

Thought of sharing few of them with you :
1) eat pulses dal, rajma and high protein rich food like nuts, beans , green leafy vegetables.
2) try having dairy products and if u hate drinking milk (like i do) try having curd/ yoghurt in ur daily meal.

3) fenugreek or methi is one of the key essentials for controlling hairfall and making hair follicles thicker and stronger, have sprouted fenugreek/ methi in breakfast.

4) Almonds are best for hair..have them early morning.

5) There are many botanical products in market . I use and mostly prefer the brand "Biotique" ( Bio Walnut Bark Shampoo) http://www.biotique.com/hair-care/ for my hair you can also try ayur http://www.ayurherbals.com/haircare.htmlshampoo and conditioners or simply soak natural dried Amla , shikakai, reetha overnight in warm water and next day boil and strain them. use this concoction everytime you wash your hair.

6) Fenugreek hair Mask : soak 2 tsp fenugreek/ methi seeds in 1 glass water overnight and in morning grind them into fine paste, now add curd/ yoghurt and apply on your bald patches and all over your scalp and hair from roots till end.cover your head with shower cap leave for 1 hour and wash it with plain water, don't shampoo your hair..Repeat it every alternate days for 1 month you will see a remarkable difference in your hair volume and have healthy shiny hair.

7) Castor oil and aloe vera are also very effective for accelerating hair growth. make a hair mask by taking 1 tsp castor oil, 1 tsp aloe vera gel and 1 vitamin e capsule that is easily available in medical stores mix them well and apply on hair from roots to tips leave for 1 hr rinse it with water and then shampoo your hair.

8) onion juice: Yes! I know many people think it's a myth but onion juice does work for your hair growth...Take a small onion cut into four halves grind them to make paste don't add water... Now sieve the juice with help of strainer or muslin cloth and apply on bald patches by massaging with your fingers. Keep it for 15 to 30 minutes, depending upon your capacity to bear the smell of onion and repeat everyday if possible.

9) You should also have your thyroxine hormones tested because that too can be your cause for hair fall and take proper medication.

10) Perform yoga aasanas for hair growth , this too will help. follow this link below http://www.stylecraze.com/articles/8-yoga-poses-that-can-protect-your-hair/

Thank you for reading my article hope so it comes out most beneficial to you
