Festive Beauty Essentials

It’s festive season so while spending time over getting your houses clean, buying new clothes and decorating homes don’t forget to spend a little time in grooming your own self for that festive glow which is equally essential.
Here, are some home made beauty regimes I recommend for a sparkling glowing skin to match up the celebrations coming ahead.

  1. Dip a cotton ball in raw milk and honey and just dab your face with it. Let the mixture dry on your skin and then wash it off with plain water. Repeat it every night before going to sleep.
  2. Pour boiling water in a large vessel and add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice Lavender oil being the best.Cover your head with a thick towel and let the steam wash over your face for clean and beautiful skin.
  3. Mix 1 tsp of finely grounded oats and few drops of milk to form a paste apply it to your skin. Leave for 10 minutes and then remove this mask by scrubbing off. You can use this mask on face , neck and even as a body scrub.
  4.  Take 1 ripe banana and mash it adding some honey . apply to your face and neck. wait and wash after 15 minutes. This pack gives an instant glow to your skin.
  5. Always carry a wet tissue available in market to wipe off dirt when going out and it always helps in keeping your skin hydrated.
  6. If you are going out during the day in sun make sure you rub a tomato all over your face after coming back. This helps in detanning your skin
  7. Rub ice cubes on the face before applying makeup. This slows down sweating and keeps the makeup for longer.
  8. And lastly which is the most essential one in any forms of beauty regime. Drink plenty of water which helps in inner glow of our skin keeping it healthy and fresh.

Teachers are the most brightest guiding star of our lives. They nurture us making us the fittest ones for survival. They are the first ones to recognize our talent and guide us in following  the path of our dreams. I know we don't meet frequently, but you are always in my memory for making me what i am today.
The first thing that comes to one's mind after hearing the word "TEACHER" is scoldings, even i have hated you for it at that time but now i realized that why you scolded me for not doing my calculations correctly! because you knew one day i have to calculate and manage finances and budgets alone for my family, why you scolded me when i didn't do my science experiments properly! because you wanted to teach me that the best results is only obtained by following the right procedures and maintaining a decorum in life, why you scolded me when i didn't took part in activities! because you knew one day i will have to build my own social life, why you scolded me for not doing my physics topics correctly because you knew one day life will only be about logics, whys and hows, why you scolded me when i didn't read properly because you knew one day i had to write my own.
The toughest part is that i had never ever got chance to Thank you all for molding me in the bestest form possible. So, i thought this is the best way to thank you all and express my feelings by what you all had taught me since childhood and that is "WORDS".

DIY : Teachers Day Card

                                                          DIY Teachers Day Card

First collect the things you will need:
Fevicol or glue, scissors, chart paper (color any ), crayons, sketch pens and craft papers of different colors.

Fold the chart paper into a square card shape and cut it with one side closed.

Now draw borders with leaving equal space at all the four sides. Note: please make lines or draw everything with pencil first.

Here, i have made a theme based card. Drawn a man watering his garden seeds and then the seeds grow into beautiful flowers. Depicting man as our teachers who nourishes with knowledge and transform us and our lives.

Now take the colored craft papers and cut them into shapes according to your drawing and paste them to give a beautiful patch effect than just coloring it.

This is how finally your card will look like
