As now we are experiencing scorching "MAY SUN" our skin on exposure to it gets darkened/ tanned. Writing simple home remedies you can apply on your face and body for cooling and detanning your skin.
- Cut tomato into two halves, poke it with fork on the pulp area and sprinkle a spoonful of sugar over it. Now scrub your face and neck by squeezing tomato and massaging it all through. Leave it for 5 minutes to dry and then wash your face with water.
- Take 2 tsp of gram flour, 1 tsp of curd, a pinch of turmeric and 1 tsp of rose water. Mix well to make a thick paste. Apply on your face, body and hands. Leave for 5 minutes and remove by rubbing it. Wash with water after 5 minutes.
- Mash half cucumber in a blender and add some sugar to it. Mix this well and apply on your face and neck. Let it dry for 10 minutes and then wash with water.
- To 1 tsp of sandalwood powder, 1 tsp of neem powder, 1/2 tsp of orange peel powder add some rose water to make a fine paste. Apply all over your face and neck. Keep it for 10 minutes and wash off with water.
- Take 1 tsp of raw milk or milk powder add 1 tsp of honey mix well. Apply this mask on your face and neck. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off with water well.
